The DX series machines are up to date with technology, their key feature is their advanced control circuit built on a single PCB. This PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is made by PTH technology to reduce size and enhance capabilities, the all active and passive components are highely stable and accurate in cold or hot weather, hense no effect of season changing on it's output, most components are under 1% tolerance. One can interchane PCB's of whole series. The transformer construction is double star connection and secondary winding is made from strip instead of wire to increase efficiency. It is heated at 120 degree celcius for 12 hours for drying varnish and giving it seasoning effect. The H.F. circuit is quick, strong and heavy duty for quick chained welds.
Output: The output is thyristor control and constant current during work in whole adjustable range and is stable during change in arc length and +/- 10% supply volts. Welding can starts from more than 10 mm distance from work.
Range: These are available in three models; DX300, DX400 DX500, having output current 300, 400 500 ampere respectively. Custom machines can be made against bulk order.
