composite of skills that are naturally learned by majority
of the children during early childhood.
Children with Mental Retardation, Hearing
Impairment, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and children with
Autism Spectrum Disorder are delayed in speech and
language. In order for them to communicate effectively,
they have to be assessed and trained under a qualified
Speech Language Pathologist.
