Vortech specializes in providing Online/offline transformer oil regeneration & filtration services around the globe and uses state-of-the-art stationary and mobile Regeneration & filtration systems, which are fully equipped with all required accessories for mobilization at our customers' site. Our unique On-line Transformer Oil Regeneration services not just only restores color and chemical properties of used oil just as same as new oil conditions, it also removes Acidity, Sludge and Soluble oil decay from windings and cooling system and clean it. Our oil regeneration technology is Economical, Eco-friendly & Efficient, when compared to Oil replacement/change. Because even the periodic purifications only eliminates the moisture, particulates and gases from oil until oil crosses the upper limit of Acidity and sludge limits. Ultimately, despite a number of purifications, Transformer oil replacement becomes inevitable. Oil Regeneration at every 5-6 years lowers the operating temperature, prevents re-contamination of the oil & maintains the chemical properties of insulating oil. That ensures reduced risk of unplanned outages, significantly reduced maintenance costs and maximum Transformer life and reliability. Vortech also specializes in regenerating Transformer oil in storage tanks on site, thus enabling the client to re-use their oil eliminating extra cost of new oil and reducing their carbon footprint by using regenerated oil. The technology employed uses an environmental friendly medium - Activated Bauxite, for regeneration which can be reactivated over 300 times. No disposal of oil soaked waste is therefore required.
