Really Poor service by Excel. Our lift is not operational for 8 days in past 11 days. We have senior citizens here in the building. We can't expect to carry them down Incase of any medical emergency. Why do we have to keep following up for any resolution or Repair?? Request you to make the lift functional. Frequent breakdowns does not help anyone. Excel or us. Very Poor service. Shameful infact. Sachin is totally unresponsive and your landline numbers are not reachable. What a shame that we have to deal with such a company.
