Later in 1963 with the Avadi-mission our church became a member of C.S.I Madras diocese. In 1973, with a vision of giving a structural form for our church , a land was bought in Madiyazlagan nagar, Padi. After 2 years, in 1975 the construction work was completed and the church was dedicated by former Bishop of Vellore, Mr.Henry Lazarus as C.S.I. St. Michael's Church
