We develop the strategy and stay with the clients through the implementation, providing precious business review and change support. This could be in the form of identifying M&A targets, or assessing feasibility of new ideas, or project management support for implementation.Manage Profitability: We also help clients identify areas for improvement in their existing operations - be it in terms of cost, productivity or process changes - and help them to develop and implement a plan of action. This could be in specific areas like cost reduction, supply chain management, inventory control, productivity management or rationalization, to name a few areas of intervention.Acknowledging the limited resources available within SME segment, we have launched a focused, year-round support in the form of "Outsourced Business Planning" service targeted at SMEs. Here we spend 2-days per month to work with the business owner to provide a continuous process of strategic planning, business diagnostic and issue resolution tracking.
