The company has established a successful reputation in the fields of - Architecture, Interior Design and Development Consulting. Working with private organizations and developers - Nirmaan has prepared many plans and strategies for further implementation for complex and highly urbanized projects in various areas, as well as suburban settings. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life of users, while maximizing the economic viability of the projects.Design Philosophy Our designs are rooted in the traditions of Architecture and construction. We avoid "stylistic" moves because the attempt to impose a given style upon a site inevitably leads to buildings that become dated and recognized as hollow imitations of a past way of building. The successes of many historical "styles" were tied to a thoughtful application of the construction methods and materials of the time in which they were created. Today's construction methods and materials must be dealt with in a similarly honest manner. Our designs parallel the methodology of historical styles, rather than the outward appearance of the "styles" themselves. What makes our firm's work distinctive is our passionate search for the best solutions to a given problem within a given budget. By constantly searching for solutions, rather than overlaying a predestined "style", we are able to adapt to the needs of our clients and produce buildings that are distinctive and reflect our client's values and aspirations.
