Prameya Health is a preventive & supportive health care center based in Bangalore, run by experienced doctors, nutritionists, counsellors, yoga experts and therapists. Our aim is to empower individuals to overcome lifestyle diseases with holistic programs and reduce dependence on medications.

We help individuals make the change in Functional, Emotional, Nutritional & Spiritual or the FENS dimensions of Care.

At Prameya Health, we provide both preventive and supportive care with a range of holistic programs.

It was an evening of distress and disappointment for Dr. Sandhya Ravi, breast specialist, when 3 new cases of breast cancer were detected among young women in a span of one hour at her clinic. From her three decades of clinical practice and research experience, she was very sure all the three cases could have been prevented if they had taken measures to change their life style. The question that was troubling her was are doctors here only to treat diseases?

Whose responsibility is prevention? This was her moment of calling. Thus Prameya was born and the rest is history. Four years and 2000 patients later, Prameya is a vibrant centre today for like minded professionals and people who are passionate about prevention and supportive care.

What can be prevented? Non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and even cancer are preventable or reversible by changing life style.
