My 45-day internship at the Digital Transformation Academy as a Zoho Analyst was an incredibly enriching experience that helped me grow in multiple areas. I conducted in-depth research on AI-powered learning analytics, which I presented on LinkedIn, garnering over 2000 impressions. I developed Chapter 3 of the Zoho Analytics course, creating videos and assessments on intermediate reporting and dashboarding, including topics like filters, pivot tables, and interactive dashboards. Additionally, I researched LXP platforms, worked with blended data sources, and played a key role in developing content for Zoho Trainer Central, where I created video tutorials, assessment questions and uploaded all course materials. Additionally, I helped scrap content for a book. The hands-on experience combined with the supportive environment, truly enhanced my skills and knowledge. I highly recommend this internship to anyone looking to gain valuable experience in digital transformation, AI and analytics.

We were given access to Zoho's template pages, which we used to create.
